Shahida and Ibrahim talk to Dr Sue Bailey on Cambridge 105 Radio

The cost of living in the UK continues to rise with many people struggling to buy food, heat their homes, and pay their bills. Food prices are increasing rapidly, and energy bills for a typical household will go up by 54% from April.

Shahida Rahman and Ibrahim Rahman of the Karim Foundation appeared on Cambridge 105 Radio’s Flavour show, talking to Dr Sue Bailey about the ongoing efforts to reach those reluctant to come forward for emergency support, and those whose food requirements cannot always be met by the local foodbanks and food hubs.
