Stay Warm Stay Safe: The Second Delivery
We delivered the second part of our warm clothing and footwear donation to Wintercomfort for the Homeless last weekend.
On our second visit in three weeks, Melody Brooker, Fundraising and Communications Manager at Wintercomfort, received the remaining items – which included a bulk order of trainers – from our Trustee Shahida Rahman.
“It’s been really fantastic getting to know the Karim Foundation. We’re really grateful for the support that we’ve received from you,” said Melody.
“It’s great to be working with a local partner that really understands the needs of Wintercomfort. Through this partnership, we’ve been able to support our service users with a range of clothing and footwear that will take them from the winter months through to the spring and summer.
“We just really want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the community and the Karim Foundation for your support, and we wish you all the best with your future endeavours.”
